Defining types of consumers for our event and services

Provision of services. For the event of the website, only visitors with preclaimed tickets can participate. This way the organiser can plan and act according to the interest, can do the necessary preparations and during the event can manage the number of visitors in the event at the same time for security reasons. For obtaining tickets the organiser process the following data:

(i) Name, e-mail address (to identify and distinguish unique users and sending the e-tickets) reasons e.g. accident)

The security team (see Terms of use – section 4) at the entrance may access to these data during fullfilling their contractual tasks.

Security of the event, life and health safety of visitors and protection of the Company’s assets.

Arranging of prize games. To encourage registration on the Website, the Company will organize a promotion among users who register for the event before the applicable deadline and who have indicated in the registration form that they wish to participate in the prize draw. For the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes, notifying the winners and handing over the winnings, the Company will not handle any data other than the information requested and managed at registration. During the prive hand-over the organiser may take pictures, films and sound recording about the winners. The Organizer will manage any image, sound or film recording of the prize hand-over until the participant's consent is withdrawn. However, in case of video, audio and film recordings of the prize hand-over, the Organizer reminds those concerned that the cancellation of the consent can only be fully exercised until such time as it appears. The organiser can freely use these recordings without time and territorial limitations.

Taking photos and videos at events

Making photos and videos at events organized by the Company (the image and sound recording of the data subjects concerned). With the consent of the data subject, the recordings can be displayed on the Company's external internet sites (for example: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter or Website) or on other media (e.g. company marketing materials, advertisements).


Your voluntary, concrete and clear consent (GDPR Art.6 (1) a)). Besides that, Art. 2:48. § (1) of the Civil Code, with regard to the fact that the consent of the data subject is necessary for the production and use of the image and sound recording.You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the absence of your consent, no record will be taken from you or used. However, in the case of public performances or in the case of mass recordings, it is not necessary to require the consent of the data subject for preparing or using the recording made from him/her (Art. 2:48 (2) of the Civil), in such cases, the basis for data processing is the legitimate business interest of the Company (GDPR Art. 6 (1) f)). 

Can be deleted at any time at the request of the data subject (until withdrawal). The right of withdrawal for non-online materials can only be exercised in full until such materials are published. Recordings on public performances and mass recordings may be processed until the data subject’s right to object is exercised rightfully.

In the case of recordings on public performances or in the case of mass recordings, the Company has a legitimate business interest in documenting the Company's events, and in this respect, increasing the Company's business reputation, strengthening its economic and professional relations.


In addition to the entities mentioned in the data controllers &processors in Section 5 (Data Protection) of the Terms of Use, We share your personal data with the following types of third party organisations:
(i) Service providers. These are external companies that We use to help Us run our business (e.g. website operation, support services, promotions, website development, data analysis etc.). Service providers, and their selected staff, are only allowed to access and use your Personal Data on Our behalf for the specific tasks that they have been requested to carry out, based on our instructions, and are required to keep your Personal Data confidential and secure.
