Kiemelt Kormányzati Beruházások Nonprofit Zrt. shall be responsible for the processing of Personal Data in shared use;

• our external service providers with a view to enabling them to provide services such as website operation and moderation, data analysis, registration and entry, IT services, email and DM sending services, and other services; and

Additionally, the Company uses and publishes the information collected through the Website:

(b) as necessary to comply with any required data provision in the course of official proceedings of the competent authorities and bodies of the states;

This Privacy and Cookie Policy does not regulate the data privacy, information provision and other practices of external partners, for which the Company has no liability and responsibility at all, including external partners operating websites or web areas (including without limitation applications) which can be accessed through the Website or which a link in the Website points to. In order to protect the personal data within the Company’s control, the Company will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in the course of data processing and when determining the method of data processing given the present date of science and technology, the costs of implementation and considering the nature, scope, circumstances and goal of data processing and subject to the risks of various probability and gravity that it may pose on the rights and freedoms of private individuals.

In one hand, the purpose of such measures is to incorporate privacy principles, such as efficient implementation of data saving, and on the other hand, guarantees necessary to fulfil the requirement set out in the applicable laws and necessary to protect the rights of data subjects in the process of data processing.

The Company does its best to comply with your request(s) as soon as possible. Please also note that if you unsubscribe from any mail, the Company can still send you notices of important transactions or with administrative content from which you cannot unsubscribe (e.g. warnings and notifications about the event like the event will be cancelled due to weather or security issues).

The personal data that needs to be processed by the Company for compliance with statutory obligations imposed on data controllers or necessary for the enforcement of the legitimate interests of the data controller or any third party may be processed (unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require the protection of personal data takes precedence or the interests of the former, especially when any data subject is a child).

Cross-border data movements

The Company may store your personal data collected through the usage of the Website (wugbudapest.sport) in other countries (especially, where iits service providers store such data) for operating the Website and providing concerning services in line with the applicable law.

Defining types of consumers for our event and services

Provision of services. For the event of the website, only visitors with preclaimed tickets can participate. This way the organiser can plan and act according to the interest, can do the necessary preparations and during the event can manage the number of visitors in the event at the same time for security reasons. For obtaining tickets the organiser process the following data:

(i) Name, e-mail address (to identify and distinguish unique users and sending the e-tickets) reasons e.g. accident)

The security team (see Terms of use – section 4) at the entrance may access to these data during fullfilling their contractual tasks.

Your consent (Art. 6 (1) a) of GDPR), which you provide by way of registration. You shall have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Without your consent, the registration may not be performed and your presence at the event may not be assured. As regards security checking, the legal basis for processing shall be: our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6 (1) f))

 

Security of the event, life and health safety of visitors and protection of the Company’s assets.

Arranging of prize games. To encourage registration on the Website, the Company will organize a promotion among users who register for the event before the applicable deadline and who have indicated in the registration form that they wish to participate in the prize draw. For the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes, notifying the winners and handing over the winnings, the Company will not handle any data other than the information requested and managed at registration. During the prive hand-over the organiser may take pictures, films and sound recording about the winners. The Organizer will manage any image, sound or film recording of the prize hand-over until the participant's consent is withdrawn. However, in case of video, audio and film recordings of the prize hand-over, the Organizer reminds those concerned that the cancellation of the consent can only be fully exercised until such time as it appears. The organiser can freely use these recordings without time and territorial limitations.

Taking photos and videos at events

Making photos and videos at events organized by the Company (the image and sound recording of the data subjects concerned). With the consent of the data subject, the recordings can be displayed on the Company's external internet sites (for example: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter or Website) or on other media (e.g. company marketing materials, advertisements).

 

Your voluntary, concrete and clear consent (GDPR Art.6 (1) a)). Besides that, Art. 2:48. § (1) of the Civil Code, with regard to the fact that the consent of the data subject is necessary for the production and use of the image and sound recording.You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the absence of your consent, no record will be taken from you or used. However, in the case of public performances or in the case of mass recordings, it is not necessary to require the consent of the data subject for preparing or using the recording made from him/her (Art. 2:48 (2) of the Civil), in such cases, the basis for data processing is the legitimate business interest of the Company (GDPR Art. 6 (1) f)). 

Can be deleted at any time at the request of the data subject (until withdrawal). The right of withdrawal for non-online materials can only be exercised in full until such materials are published. Recordings on public performances and mass recordings may be processed until the data subject’s right to object is exercised rightfully.

In the case of recordings on public performances or in the case of mass recordings, the Company has a legitimate business interest in documenting the Company's events, and in this respect, increasing the Company's business reputation, strengthening its economic and professional relations.


8. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In addition to the entities mentioned in the data controllers &processors in Section 5 (Data Protection) of the Terms of Use, We share your personal data with the following types of third party organisations:
(i) Service providers. These are external companies that We use to help Us run our business (e.g. website operation, support services, promotions, website development, data analysis etc.). Service providers, and their selected staff, are only allowed to access and use your Personal Data on Our behalf for the specific tasks that they have been requested to carry out, based on our instructions, and are required to keep your Personal Data confidential and secure. You can obtain information on the providers processing your Personal Data (see Section 6 to contact Us).

9. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Unless the mandatory applicable laws require or permit a longer period of time, we keep your data as long as it is necessary to achieve the goals outlined in the applicable laws (including but not limited to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or needed to comply with any other legal obligations (until the goal of data processing no longer exists or up to the expiry of the limitation period related to the goal of data processing).

In accordance with the above, the Company takes every reasonable step to ensure that your personal data is only processed for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy and Cookie Policy.

(a) the Company will retain copies of your personal data in a form that allows for identification only for as long as:

(b) In addition, if any relevant legal claims are brought, we may continue to process your Personal Data for such additional time necessary in connection with that claim.

During the periods noted in paragraphs b(i) and b(ii) above, we will restrict our processing of your Personal Data to storage or, and maintaining the security of, those data, except to the extent the data need to be reviewed in connection with any claim, or any obligation under applicable law (e.g. until the final decision is made in the respective legal dispute at court).

Once the periods in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) above, each to the extent applicable, have concluded, we will either (i) permanently delete or destroy the relevant Personal Data or (ii) anonymise the relevant Personal Data.
